I have owned my Xerox 4800TA OneTouch for a few weeks now and received it as a present (I think around £70.00 was paid). It is available on Amazon for around £68 with free delivery. ...helpdesk support for scanners from Xerox is non existant. I searched the web for a new update of the driver, and I kept going around in circles, with the ending conclusion that the updated driver didn't exist yet. I phoned this other company (on an expensive number) and the guy told me that they were aware that the Xerox 4800 didn't have a Vista compatible driver and that I should keep checking the Xerox website as they were working on one and it should be there in about 4 weeks. Once again I bought this item as part of a package from PC World and once again I was Delighted. Breaking everything down in the package this scanner cost around £75 so I was well pleased. LOOKS AND DESIGN A neat package that fits well into my desk layout, sitting nicely on the bottom below my printer.
