Overall I think that the Mustek 1248UB is a very good scanner as I have one, and I have to say that it has been very reliable for the 3 years I have had it. Benq 4300 Scanner is good for personal use but it is not much efficient like Other photo scanner. It can scan up to 1200x1200 dpi and its speed is also Very good but I found only one problem in it and that is it doesn’t scans the Picture originally and fade or make more brightness in the color. Good, compact scanner but not very good quality. If scanning in photos, pretty good but if scanning in text, the text sometimes comes out multi-coloured.
