...went on line to the microtek site and searched for scanmaker 6 and they had the drivers right there on the site. I like this scanner it has good picture. It is also a very quite scanner. There is one problem I have found with it and that is that it can over heat. To make it over heat you have leave it on for three or four hours. Specification ************* The 2720s is a 2700 bits-per-inch scanner which can take slides or 35mm negatives which it loads from cartridges. ...Windows 2000 and according to Acer needs a minimum of 32Mb of memory. That last part is wrong, the scanner driver may work with that but you will not be able to edit your pictures easily. I use paintshop pro, and I upgraded my PC to 64Mb. That is barely adequate. The scanner comes with Ulead Photo Express and Photoshop LE. ...the TWAIN driver from the Epson website which also includes support for Windows 95,98,Me,NT 4.0,2000 as well as Mac 7.5.1 and later. Which is good to see as so many firms don't seem to provide drivers for Windows Me.
