The price. It really depends on where you purchase it from. I paid £30 for mine from a game shop, but i do know of people who have managed to get it a bit cheaper, so my advice would be to shop around and see what different shops are offering.

The substantive game itself. The game itself has 3 game modes:- Long play short play party mode. Long play and short play are very similar the only real difference is how many different puzzles you get in each round. To demonstrate the format of the game i will describe a short play game. In a short play game you will play 3 rounds and then the final cut. In the first round is the opportunity for you to rack up as many points as possible, since there are no penalites for incorrect answers. In each round you will usually play 3-4 differnt puzzles, so for example you may get a movies clip which you then have to anser questions on, or you may have to put films in the correct release date order. In the second round, be careful before you answer as in this and the third round if you get an answer wrong you WILL lose points!!!! Again the format will be the same as the first round. The third round functions exactly the same as the second. We then come to the final cut. This is in essence the fourth round really. But there are some differences. In this round you will always be shown a movie clip and then have to answer questions on it. There are no penalties for incorrect answers, but you can get multipliers. So if you get the first answer correct on the next question you will gaina points multipplier of 2, get that right and it goes up to 5 and so on and so forth. But if you get a question wrong the multiplier goes back to 1 again. After the final cut, the points are added and the person or team with the most points wins the game!
Graphics:-I found the graphics very good. The picture is always crystal clear in the game, and the use of bright colours really makes gameplay enjoyable and fun.
Sound effects:- The sound effects were great, with clips from hundreds of films on the games i was concerned that the sound wouldnt be as good but in fact its great. The only annoying thing is the voicover guy, he comments constantly throughout the game, and he can get a little annoying. Unfortunately there is no way of turning him off! (believe me i have tried!!!)
overall quality:- Was very very good. The game is well set out and organised, and with all the different puzzles the quality is maintained throughout.
game modes:- 3 main game modes. Long play, short play, and party mode. Long play is a 3 round game which usually takes around 45 minutes to complete. Short game is still 3 rounds but you do less puzzles in each round and so is over in approximately 20-25 minutes. Party mode, is a continuous mode, you can just keep playing through for as long as you like, this is a good mode if you just want to rack up points.
suitable for who? :- I would say that this game is suitable for all the family. Although it does not, in my experience show many clips of kids films, very young children may not enjoy it since they most definately will not know answers to anything on the game, although older children teenagers and adults would get a lot of enjoyment out of this game.
Longevity Well this isn't the sort of game that you just play through, as it doesn't really have an end to it. So its hard to say in terms of logevity whether its good or not. So i will say this instead. In terms of enjoyment value and entertainment, i have had this game for well over a year, and i still play it on a regular basis because it is so much fun, and i am still yet to get a question twice!!!
difficulty Well if you don't know your'e movie trivia then the game can be difficult, but you have a one in four chance of getting it right, so its not that difficult really.
Overall opinion. Overall i really like this game, it is fun, user friendly, great for if you are entertaining friends of an evening, and even great just to play with family. I would recommend this game.
Advantages: Addictive, Fun for all ages Disadvantages: Single player a bit dull, have to be film fans
Scene it (as you may guess from the name) Is aimed at movie lovers who would like to put their money where there mouths are in terms of movie knowledge!
The controllers
---------------------
This game come with 4 infer-red coloured controllers. It will require plugging an infer-red detector into the usb port of the Xbox. The contollers then need to be pointed at the detector to work. This is no problem as it has plenty of lead to place on top ... ...Being a 360 game, Scene It, also has the added bonus of achievements, Most are easy to achieve just friom playing through enough times. Most are for answering a certain number of questions on differing categories (e.g. 15 questions about comedy films etc)
Conclusion
----------------
A great game I can see myself continuing to play with friends until we really have started to loop questions too often, which I don't think will be too soon. a shame ...

Advantages: Over 20 different puzzles, never get the same questions twice, great fun for all ages Disadvantages: Some questions are quite difficult..but its all good fun
Scene it finally came to the Xbox, I'd been waiting a while for it to be made into a console game. Having originally played 2 of the board games with the dvds. Harry Potter Scene It? and the original Scene It? dvd board game. They were great fun, for 2 or more people, but for it to finally come to a console, takes the hassle of the board, cards, dice dvd & remote etc. Now you can sit infront of the TV with your infra-red controller, just by yourself ... ...can tell from the name, Scene It? is a movie based quiz game, which tests the knowlodge of players movie knowledge. From black and white movies from as early as the 30's/40's, right up to the present day with the biggest blockbusters around. There are 3 different types of gameplay options; a short game, long game, or party play. The game has over 20 different puzzles, that it'll choose at random, including "Credit Roll", where players have to guess ...

Advantages: Great party games for anyone who likes films Disadvantages: Can becom repetitive after a while
A great fun filled family game which is great for playing when you've got loads of people round - a good party game!!!.
Includes a variety of different modes in which you have to buzz and guess the film, actor, or actress, etc. It also remembers what clips you've seen to make it different every time you play. Suitable for everyone no matter how knowledgeable you are about films - includes old classics and modern favourites such as shrek, titanic, ... ...and play and great fun when playing with friends or even in teams - can even lead to strong competition over who reall knows the most about films.
A great, fun game that is worth buying and is a good price as it comes with the buzzers. Fun for everyone! ...

Advantages: Fun, Quirky, Everything included Disadvantages: No xbox live features
Hi I have this game. I would highly reccomend it as a fun party game. The one disadvantage though is that there are only 1800 questions so eventually the questions will repeat themselves, but if your party is dwindling down this is a good game to get the excitement up. It comes complete with four controllers and all the wires needed. I am quite happy to give it 9 out of 10. It would have been better if they had used the live features of the xbox ... ...there is a newer edition coming out for Christmas that will use the live features. Give it a go though while you can get it cheap to see if you think the new one is worth buying.
There are rounds like guess the missing item. Name the fim from the credits, and put films in the order they were relesead. There are two modes, one is party mode, where everyone can buzz in witth the answer, and a comepetitive mode where whoever buzzes in with the right ...
