Advantages Great shampoo from a well respected brand.
Disadvantages None
When it comes to buying shampoo, I'm not the most loyal of customer to any brand as I find as a male with short hair the brand does not matter too much. I opted for this shampoo by Schwarzkopf as it was in my local pound shop for only £1 a bottle. I have the Yoghurt and Lime Smoothie Shampoo which is meant to add volume and energy for fine lifeless hair.
The shampoo comes in a tall but narrow bottle that is a pale yellow colour. The bottle is 21cm x 9cm x 3cm in size which makes it a nice sized bottle and is easy to hold when in the bath/shower. The bottle holds 400ml of the shampoo which is a smaller volume in comparison to other brands I have used, but is enough for the price I paid. The shampoo is the same colour of the bottle which when dispensed makes it very aesthetically pleasing to use. It has quite a thick consistancy which is good as it means it won't run out of your hand before it gets into your hair. I have reasonably short hair and I find that I don't need to use much in comparison to other brands the shampoo is very easy to lather up and work into my hair. This is good as it means that the shampoo has lasted me quite a while. Once you start to work the shampoo into your hair, the fragrance of the shampoo is quite noticeable and is very nice. The fragrence definitely reminds me of yoghurts and limes which is good as I like them both. It is a good combination of the two to give a very nice shampoo.
Once worked into my hair I find it is quite easy to wash out under a warm shower. Once washed out I then usually use the Supersoft Conditioner. Sometimes I don't always use it and I find that once dry my hair still feels soft and smooth and smells very clean. This clean and soft feeling seems to stay with my hair for quite a while, which is good as with some shampoo's my hair can go greasy after a day but with this it takes a few days before it starts to feel greasy. This is really good and this is the kind of quality I would expect from a good brand like this.I may not be the best person to ask about shampoo as I don't suffer from the problems associated with long hair, however I find that this shampoo is very good. It has a very nice scent, it cleans hair very well and it is superior to cheaper brands. I would also recommend using this alongside the conditioner which gives you exceptional feeling hair.
I am going to give this shampoo 5/5 as for the price I paid and the superior clean it has given me it is well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.Thanks for reading.
