Advantages: Taste, low carb + fat, relatively cheap
Disadvantages: a bit sickly after prolinged use

Although supposedly the same as USN pure protein this actually has a slightly different, sweeter taste which can be either good if you have sweet cravings or sickly. The results are pretty good, this is a ideal for maintenance or low carb diets. However you will find that USN's version is slighly cheaper and exactly the same nutrionally speaking. That said this is still much cheaper at about £37 than some of the other supplements out there, maximuscle in particular are more money for less powder, and the results are very similar. This is a good standard protein powder but you may need something with a few more carbs if you're really trying to bulk up. I've only tried the chocolate and strawberry but both were easy to drink, not sure about vanilla but I'm sure its not bad - sci mx have a good reputation for the taste of their products. ...

My MX850 thoughts!

Advantages: Finally an all in one with network support from Canon
Disadvantages: Reasonably bulky with some very poor setup software

said this being a fax printer it wouldn't normally be turned off - just allowed to turn itself into standby in which case its ready for printing in about 10 seconds. The on screen display makes using the printer a bit of a doddle, it has adjustment for angle but sadly not contrast although it is good enough from factory anyway. The button layout and general ease of use is improved from the MP750 substantially. Print quality is exceptional, both for speed and results - I could ramble on here about it but to say you shouldn't be disappointed will suffice I think. CD/DVD printing is still just as easy as before but a huge plus over the old one is that the MX850 has a storage slot for the CD tray (beneath the main paper drawer) when its not in use.
