A simple change from having two separate suppliers of gas and electricity to an all in one account managed over the internet was what I hoped to get.
Instead a bumbling, confused service, passing me off to department after department, none with a clue of what was going on.Promises of returned phone calls failed many times.
The complaints department couldnt even agree amongst themselves how much of a refund I was due, even though it was quite clear exactly how many direct debits had been made on my account.I honestly have not encountered such a poorly organised and managed company in my life, and would advise anyone against signing up with them, regardless of the discounts, deals and competition draws available if one does!

Scottish Power are a waste of space, My daughter was without power from 2pm yesterday and is still without power this morning, they told her someone would be out to sort her meter out between 4pm and 10pm last night. At 10.10pm she re phoned them reiterating that she has a 6 month old baby and needs to make bottles for him, they told her. Go stay with a relative! At least my daughter had relatives she could stay with. What if it had been an old aged pensioner on there own, its going cold now at night time. Ma

This sounds like british gas only not as bad!!!!!!!!
