Advantages none that i can see
Disadvantages appalling service
A simple change from having two separate suppliers of gas and electricity to an all in one account managed over the internet was what I hoped to get.Instead a bumbling, confused service, passing me off to department after department, none with a clue of what was going on.
Promises of returned phone calls failed many times.The complaints department couldnt even agree amongst themselves how much of a refund I was due, even though it was quite clear exactly how many direct debits had been made on my account.
I honestly have not encountered such a poorly organised and managed company in my life, and would advise anyone against signing up with them, regardless of the discounts, deals and competition draws available if one does!
