Advantages: A highly interesting, frank and motivational read Disadvantages: Sometimes Branson's over enthusiasm becomes annoying
...I will readily admit that I have never been what you could call a fan of RichardBranson, with his outrageous self publicity and his record attempts I have often found him rather annoying. But then part of me admires him, as anyone who can create such a hugely successful business as Virgin must be doing something right. So when I got the opportunity to read his book "Screw it, Let's do it" I thought why not, maybe I will learn something interesting about the man, what drives him on and maybe just maybe a bit of his drive will rub off on me.
"Screw it, Let's do it" was written by RichardBranson when he was approached to write a book for World Book Day 2006, since then it has become an International best seller and recently been expanded to include a new chapter on environmentally friendly business. The book is not so much...

...If you don't know who RichardBranson is...don't panic, you will soon discover one of the world's greatest business men ever! This book has a gripping and most inspiring influence once you start to read it. This is not the type of book you read to get a theory in business, this is the type of book that will release the zeal to do business and the need to be great! Reading this book will most certainly inspire you to action. The start of such a massive corporation all because of one man who refused to take no for an answer. It is fun and astonishing to experience the way this man's head works. It is pure genius. The book is written in plain English and the integrity and honesty of the man shows on every page. By now you would have realised that Branson is one of a kind. Get the book!...

Advantages: inspires you and lets you into Richards life Disadvantages: when you finish the book you still want more
...I have always been a "fan" of fan of the man with the midas touch and always thought that what he did was done correctly first time. This book lifts the lid on his life and shows you that whilst the man is successful through and through, he has had so many knocks in life and has always found a way round them to continue being successful. He didnt let a brick wall stop him and found a way round the obstacle to achieve what he set out to do. I particularly liked his experiences with British Airways and that even when most other people would have given up and let the corporate giant of BA get away with their dirty tricks, he wasnt having any of it. He stood his ground and won his case.. a very inspiring story for any would be entrepreneur and anyone interested in Branson....
