“Seat Ibiza 1.2 SX”

Stylish car at a bargain price

No light in the boot!

This is my second Seat having previously owned the older model of the Ibiza. Its grown a little in size and weight and gained a complete re-design of the interior as well as the exterior. All good stuff so far. It has to be one of the most stylish 'small' hatchbacks around and I particularly like...

Perhaps a little under powered.

Okay, okay. I know it was very naughty, and maybe I shouldn't have succumbed to temptation but I did take, what I thought to be, proper precautions - honest! But it was that feeling, the familiar urge. I just had to do it. I couldn't resist. I was on a motorway, the road was empty, so I gently...

“What car of the year, 2003”

Great looking, cheep enough to run.

not a gret deal of back seat leg room.

When i was looking around for a new car to cruise the streets in i had in mind exactally what i wanted: I new i wanted a smallish hatchback, but not too small, It had to come with a years free insurance, I wanted a car that none of my friends, family or workmates already had, and had less than a...

Having now owned a brand new Ibiza for six months I can categorically say that you get all that you could possibly want in a supermini at a low price. It is simple to drive, comfortable and the entry level model comes with power steering, cd player, electric windows, airbags and air conditioning...

Good fuel economy, smooooth ride

No light in boot, coil pack fault

The Seat Ibiza 1.2 is pretty much everything you could want or expect from any car at the price. It combines the German build quality of a Volkswagen (I'm led to believe its basically a Polo with a Seat body) with that touch of sportiness and flair you get from the Spanish Seat. I have the 3 door...

got 56 reg ibiza. great to drive. not bad on petrol. good choice of colours. air con works well and don't eat all the petrol like other cars. stereo not too bad enough speakers to get a good sound out of it. gears are smooth bit close together so could get take some getting use to if you are use to driving a different make of car. seats are comfortable and enough room in the back. boot is quite large considering its a small ish car. cup holders are always handy and it has two of them which is good. storage area for cd's comes in handy too.

“Seat Ibiza 1.2 P reg”

really nice motor no regrets what so ever

No electric windows on my model

One of my first cars was a Seat Ibiza 1.2, it was a 1998 Preg, what can I say about this car, great looks, great style, nice to drive, cheap to run and insure. I purchased mine second hand from a garage for only £350, the price was so low because I had to replace the bonnet because the catch had...

Car is very good overall but recently the EPC light came on and on the motorway today in busy traffic a guy pulled up next to me and told me my break lights arn't working just the strip light in the spoiler also sometimes when you are accelerating the power seems to just not be there and the car feels as if it is breaking so I have to take my foot off the accelerator and then put it back on to get it going again. Maybe this is just me in a new car and in time I will get used to it but im not sure. I have only had it about 4 weeks.

I've had this car for just under 6 months now - and I love it. It's a great drive, handles really nicely (especially corners, grips to the road) and has a nice bit of oomph behind it when you need to get up to 70 on dual carriageways. The 5 door has plenty of room in the back (mind you the 3 door...

Volkswagen Polo in a different box

plastic trim hard to keep shiny

Bought this car as it was What Car Supermini of the year for two consecutive years and its a very nice little motor. The overall look of the car is one of Spanish style, even though its a Volkswagen Polo in disguise. The interior is well laid out and the seats are comfortable even during a long...
