Advantages style power reliabilty

Disadvantages i have to keep washing it its so beautiful

When I buy a car I read everything i can find -books magazines internet reviews newspapers & work out the things I need to have.
This time I wanted a hatchback a year or two old with cd player, air conditioning electric front windows , 5 doors & powersteering as standard with enough head & shoulder room for my 6'2in boyfriend
I ruled out citreon ford nissan & rover
The corsa & fiat had enough headroom but on the test the new punto's ride was still nearly as unforgiving as my current 1.1 p reg punto
I was hearing very good things about the ibiza & as soon as I sat in it I knew i had found the one
it had all my must haves & more
The ride was smooth, the acceleration threw me back in my seat, the stearing effortless, the seats comforable & supportive
There's enough room in the back for adults plenty of room in the boot for the gym bags & or shopping.
There is also a useful cup holder & several storage nooks.
A good security feature is the central locking which locks you in as you drive off (unlocks in the event of an accident)
I also lets you know with a loud beep when you get low on petrol
The only drawback I have noticed is the limited rear visability when parking - but I soon got used to using the side mirrors.
Mine was from a dealer 6 months old with 5000 miles on the clock. I've done 7500 now its due for a service at 10,000 it will be about £100 at the dealer.
The dealers were excelellent no hard sell which I hate - I just got the facts
The 1.2 is group 3 insurance
About 350 miles to a tank full
What Cars supermini of the year 2004
I've only been on the motorway one but had to keep slowing down as it loves doing 80
Overtaking is easy ( it used to be a problem in the punto)
Conclusion
You get the reliabity of a volkswagan for less money.
Its fun to drive, inexpensive to buy & looks great - what more do you need
