This is a treatment masque. However, I used it as conditioner. It is very easy to apply. After shampooing the hair, apply straight to the hair, massage it, wait for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off.

The ingredients include: Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Butylene Glycol, Stearyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Dimethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Starch, Phenyl Trimethicone, Glycol Distearate, Paraffin, Olea Europea (Olive/Huile D'Olive) Fruit Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Fruit Oil, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Yellow (Jaune) 5 (CI 19140), Yellow (Jaune) 6 (CI 15985).

I think it is best for frizzy, permed, coloured or damaged hair. It improves the texture and the strength of my hair. It reconstructes my badly damaged hair. It also helps to hydrate my hair. My hair isn't so dry anymore. It looks much more healthier and shining. It is also color safe. However, i will not say that I noticed the improvement right after the first application. I only noticed the improvement after a few application.
