Advantages: Amazing subject matter, well-handled and excellent characterisation Disadvantages: May be a little long for some - but I didn't want it to end.
This amazing novel had me gripped from the very first line! I'm a massive fan of Sebastian Faulks, but had been put of this novel by reviews which said there were passages which were too long winded and scientific. Lesson one - read it yourself and make your own opinion! This is an incredible book, not quite up there with Birdsong (my favourite book of all time - so far) but still amazing.

Years of perming, colouring and generally abusing my hair has left it frizzy and a total nightmare to control or style. So much so I wanted to share my experiences. Even though it is much more expensive than other regular shampoo and conditioners at £10 for 250ml I found that it lasts just that little bit longer than other shampoos because I only need a little amount to wash my hair which is currently down to my shoulders in length.
