Don't get me wrong - having an iPhone has completely changed the way that I use my time commuting to and from work. Having internet access almost all the time is very valuable and the Aps available provide some great functionality. I personally like all the ones that make my life easier - the ability to look up the time of the last train home, easy access to the latest status of the tube and finding venues where I'm supposed to be meeting friends. Very helpful. Google maps is also crucial when in London to help find places.
The User Interface isn't always the most friendly though - and trying to send a text whilst walking seems to be almost impossible with the touchscreen keypad. A shame as otherwise it's nearly perfect!
Audio quality is very good and the camera is perfectly adequate for basic usage. Unfortunately the service from O2 ...

Rushing to catch the 18.07 home from platform 8, Teri is literally knocked off her feet by Jamie Duncan. He comes to her rescue and is her knight in shining armour taking care of her bleeding knee and buying her some new tights. As well as being her hero and the perfect gentleman, Jamie is also unbelievably sexy and Teri can't help falling for him. The commute to work becomes something to look forward to and getting up so early in the morning becomes, not only bearable, but a welcome gift. Jamie seems to be perfect and Teri can't believe she's finally met her Mr Right. That is until she finds out that he's also Mr Married.

the first bus is running late there are no longer so many passengers waiting at the bus stop. So the second bus goes quicker and quicker until it catches up with the first bus. Goodness knows why the third bus catches up however! Perhaps our resident transport planner, Beatlemaniac, could shed some light on this? My husband says it is something to do with fluid dynamics, but maybe he is going stir-crazy with all the commuting.
** BACKPACKERS **
Those tortoise-like creatures who insist on boarding rush-hour tubes/trains with their lives on their backs. Not only do they take up valuable space, but also they turn around suddenly, causing all those within a 2ft radius to go flying!
