At first glance this site appears to be just another company selling dvd's. The home page is a little hard on the eyes with interesting use of colour and text. Ordered a music CD through Amazon. The disc arrived eventually .... but it was the wrong disc in partly wrong case. (Back cover and spine was for the correct disc but front cover was wrong.) I alerted them immediately and was told their returns policy (send Freepost to Channel Isles). Sent properly packed in padded bag three weeks ago - since told once (after a week) that they couldn't send me the correct disc until the first was received - which ... ...two further requests, they refuse to answer. So, they have my money - I have nothing ... and zero customer service ... WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND YOU CERTAINLY WON'T GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ...

My experiance has been a good one with this company. I have ordered many things off them. Communication is excellent, however, deliveries are slightly slower than other people. This company should be avoided - I should have heeded warnings seen elsewhere on the net.
I found they were the cheapest for what I wanted (credit where it's due, they often are very cheap for items), and placed the order, and expected it pretty soon, since it stated that there were '5 in stock'. The money was taken from my bank account immediately. Several days after placing the order, it then went on to back order, 'expected in three days'. Three ... ...After about 10 days of this, I wrote to their customer service department, who, to their credit, canceled the item immediately on being asked. It did take them another week to credit my account though.
I do wonder if they had any intention of ever supplying the DVD, and suspect, based on others' reports, that stating that the DVD is 'In Stock' when it isn't is normal policy. More reputable stores (HMV for example) will only take your money when ...

...it had been signed for. Selectcheaper.com website doesn't say not to use recorded delivery which I think is really strange.
I wanted them to exchange the dvd set for the 2 proper discs or my money on my visa refunded. They could not even perform that simple task of keeping the customer happy. I had sent them 5-6 e-mails and had 2 sent back to me that were the same wordings stating that I received the orginal order. They completely ignore the customer ... ...as well and people like selectcheaper.com should not be in business if this is their attitude. They could maybe learn from Sir Alan Sugar how to run a business with proper customer services instead of hiding out in Guernsey as a bunch of robbing highwaymen. I am not giving them a chance of awarding them with a star, so avoid them like the plague folks!!!! Very poor. ...
