Disadvantages Dishonest and incompetent customer service
Ordered a music CD through Amazon. The disc arrived eventually .... but it was the wrong disc in partly wrong case. (Back cover and spine was for the correct disc but front cover was wrong.) I alerted them immediately and was told their returns policy (send Freepost to Channel Isles). Sent properly packed in padded bag three weeks ago - since told once (after a week) that they couldn't send me the correct disc until the first was received - which they claim not to have received. Since then, despite two further requests, they refuse to answer. So, they have my money - I have nothing ... and zero customer service ... WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR GOODS AND YOU CERTAINLY WON'T GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
