Richard Dennny's Selling to Win has become my company's "bible". Packed with a variety of information and skill building techniques, it has opened my eyes to the correct way to sell a product or service to a potential client. The book is divided in clear cut chapters that run through the steps of selling a product the correct way rather the traditional aggressive manner that everyone is used to. The book states on the back that you will learn how to close a prospect who wants to think about it, beat the competition, make appointments easily, make a sale when you are not the cheapest, build a positive attitude and find new customers. Overall a very good book.
