Sennheiser CX 300 II Precision Noise Isolating Ear-canal Phones Anyone who has taken the time to search for Sennheiser on Ciao will be awash with reviews singing the praises of the German sound experts' products. Rightly so too! After struggling for many years with 'sub-standard' ear buds, (namely, the white iPod standard headphones) I decided to make the leap and splash out a bit of cash on myself. Being a creature of fickle nature, the first thing that grabbed my attention about the Sennheisers was the massive reduction in price on Amazon. I bought mine well over 12 months ago and paid £8.79 ... more

I bought my Sennheiser CX 300 earphones as a replacement for my iPhone and iPod earphones last year. I feel that the standard issue Apple 'phones are severely lacking when it comes to sound quality, with a very tinny and shallow feel, and are now little more than a fashion accessory. Personally, when I listen to my music I wanted a richer sound, where I can appreciate the artists' work more... I have to say that the sound quality from this compact Sennheiser product really blew me away in comparison. They are advertised as having a 'bass-driven' sound, which is an area where I feel the Apple ... more

I've wanted some smaller headphones or earphones for my current Kanguru MP3 player (see review here:- http://www.ciao.co.uk/KanguruSolutionsMicro2GBReview5819672), I didnt really want to use the Sennheiser HD202 headphones I use at home as their a bit bulky but do give great sound (see review here:- http://www.ciao.co.uk/SennheiserHD202Review5776068) so I was already bearing Sennheiser in mind. I'm quite a fan of The Gadget Show & used their website to see what budget earphones they recommended (Etymotic hf2 @ about £70 don't bother, their insanely expensive especially considering they are ... more

I own and have owned many and various ear and headphones over the years and I have a fairly large collection. One of the most recent ones I purchased was the Sennheiser CX 300 II Precision Noise Isolating Ear-canal Phones. These retail at the costly sum of almost forty quid but I managed to track down some on Ebay for just £15. I had read and heard a lot of excellent reports about these phones and decided to splash out a bit and get something better than those cheap store bought ones I usually get and which tend to last me about a fortnight. The Sennheiser CX 300 II Precision Noise Isolating ... more

Listening to music is one of my favorite pastimes. Whether driving a car or going for a walk or jogging I always make sure I have some music. Since my mobile can play music (such as Mp3 files) it's obvious that I listen to my music mostly via my mobile. The only problem I had were that the headphones that came with my headphones weren't really sufficient. The sound quality is a disaster and after one month the cable was almost broken. It was clear I needed some new headphones. This is the headphones Sennheiser CX300ii. The headphones are black, but I have also seen them in white if I'm not ... more
