I'll start with the good things.

These are the can-style over ear phones with a connecting padded band that goes over the skull, they come in classic black and look pretty sleek but are strong & sturdy and not likely to break if you drop them (which I have done many times and their still going strong with no marks or scuffs either, these little blighters are very tough & durable!).
They've got an obscenely long lead but come with a great plastic gizmo that allows you to wrap the excess wire around it, it also has a beltclip allowing you to secure it to your clothes on a belt or to a pocket.
They are pretty big & chunky headphones but they aren't heavy at all, their comfortable to wear but can get a tad sweaty around the ears & head if worn for more than an hour. They give great audio reproduction, expect to be able to hear ALL the instruments and bits of tunes you'd never previously noticed in the background using other headphones. They don't let much sound out so can be worn to listen to music loudly at night without any fear of waking your neighbours or housemates (which is something I've done many times without disturbing anyone).
I personally only use mine at home so I can't comment how well suited they are to being used out and about. The headphones can be comfortably secured to your head without feeling too tight (or too hot) and they are easily removed and sit very comfortably around the neck as well when not being worn. I'm pretty sure they'd be good outdoors as they can be worn to cut down excessive outside noise and with the power they put out they would certainly drown out any traffic if your walking or bus/train sounds if your travelling on public transport. There's definately no fear of annoying others as they hardly leak any excess sound.
The main gripe is the lack of a 45 degree headphone connector jack so it's possible if this was used on the go the jack might be the 1st thing to go.
Advantages: Incredibly comfortable, feels like you're not wearing them Disadvantages: Impractical for public use | Can crush ears after extreme prolonged use
...this experience enhanced by the Sennheiser HD 202 headphones.
Well, Sennheiser are one of the most reputable companies making headphones in the world, so, as expected, they are INCREDIBLY comfy. I cannot stress it enough, it feels as if you aren't even wearing them! The centimetre+ of padding really works!
As you would hope, the sound quality is awesome, the only reason it is let down is if the track is distorted by compression. They have good ... ...headphones look quite good also, with a smart all balck design, which is actually quite eye-catching. They also come with a 'wire-wrapper', which stops wires trailing all over the floor, and an adapter for a keyboard etc.
There's only one problem I've experienced with the HD 202's. After a couple of hours of wearing them, I will take them off and have some sharp, jabbing pains in my ears for maybe one/two minutes. However, it is only a minor fault, ...

Advantages: Amazingly crisp sound!!! Very comfortable. Excellent price for this spectacular brand!!! Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
The Price: Unbelievable!!!
The Quality: Amazing!!!! Value for money has another meaning after you try this!!! Its often referred to as a "budget headphone" but this does not reflect its crisp quality. If you gauge other headphoned with the HD 202, you're gonna be dissapointed!!! I initially thought all headphones would be the same or even better. I thought of upgrading these for something more advanced and superior in quality....but after trying ... ...I purchased one that was almost twice the price of a HD 202 and returned it the same day. Nothing comes close to its quality in its price category.
Comes with an unusually long cord, allowing you to roam all over your room.
Contemplating on buying this.......just go for it. You can't got wrong ...
