Hi, this review is about Sennheiser’s OMX 95 VC Style II earphones.
Manufacturer It started by Dr. Fritz Sennheiser, who started a manufacturing company of tube voltmeter in 1945 called the Labor W (Laboratorium Wennebostel) or Lab W for short. The company produced a variety of microphones, they created a mixing amplifier, miniature headphone in the 1950s, and miniature transformers as used in hearing aids. In the 60s, the company produce answering machines and baby monitors.
Sennheiser is a worldwide company and now has many plants in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Japan and many more.
The company concentrate on many business areas from music industry, telecommunications, consumer electronics, aviation and more.

Design The OMX 95 VC Style II has a secure clip that goes around behind the ear. It is design for sport situations or when you are just on the move. It helps prevent the earphones from popping out your ear by attaching to your ear. The in-ear design is basically for the earphones to be pushed a few millimetres into the ear canal rather than covering the whole ear like the headphone. This helps ambient sound from distracting you when listening to your music.
Downside with in-ear designs is that by wearing the earphones for a long period of time can cause a slight ache of the ears.
It comes with a 1.2 meter long cable, which should be long enough from your ears to your waist – (normally where you have your music player – pocket). The cable is installed with a volume controller, great so you do not have to fiddle with your music player.
The OMX 95 VC Style II also has this very nice smooth metal design as you can see in the pictures. Best way to describe was by Sennheiser - luscious sheen.
The whole earphone (including the cable) weighs approximation of 20g. Anyone should be able to find that basically weightless.
Sound Quality The frequency range of 19 – 22,000 Hz, it is not as wide of many new earphones but it does its job. This earphone has a special damping system that produces clear detailed sound so you can hear the music/sound. Unless you have a bad quality music to start of with, it is like listening to live music.
Comfort The in-ear design to this earphone was made in shape and size for it to be suitable for almost all people ears. It is worn comfortably fitted into the canal, plus with the securing clip, you feel locked and loaded.
Extra On purchase, beside the earphone itself, it comes with a carrying pouch. Not many earphones come with a pouch or case, but it is good that they do. Reason being, it keeps your earphone from dirt and being damaged.
