Firstly, these headphones are extremely comfortable. I tried the PMX40's and there was space between my ears and the earpads. The neckband on the PMX60 rests snuggly and comfortably on your neck whereas some headphones sit too close causing irratation. I was also glad to find out that they sit rather nicely around the top of my ears, it's been a problem for quite a while finding headphones that leave enough space for me to wear my glasses/sunglasses and listen to music at the same time.
They are extremely light weighing about 55 grams without the cable meaning they won't be causing any irratation at all, I sometimes forget I have them on when my iPod playlist finishes.
The sound quality is great, most crisp sound I've heard in a over the ear phone at this price. The slight negative point with the sound is that the headphones lack a bit on the bass side but I cannot complain because these headphones are optimised for Pop and Rock music and I mostly listen to Hip Hop, RnB and Dance. If I had to rate the sound quality out of 10 I'd give it a 9.1/10. Everything else is excellent, but I'm just fussy about bass.
The design is very classy. It comes in Black with a Chrome finished lining in parts. I love it because it matches my Black iPod Nano.
The durability for these are outstanding so far. I've been using these for nearly 6 months with heavy gym use without any wear and tear at all. The Chrome lining is even as shiny as ever without any scratches.
My only problem with these headphones is that they leak sound pretty bad, this means that people around means people around can hear whatever I'm listening to but I expected this because these aren't noise cancelling headphones.
Features - Ideal for all mobile audio sources such as MP3 players or portable CD players - Specially designed for rock and pop music - Transparent, bass-driven sound - Bass tube for rich, crisp bass - Ultra-lightweight diaphragm for powerful sound - Excellent overall sound qualities - Lightweight and comfortable for listening on the move - 1.0 m connection cable
...of amazon after breaking my Sennheiser PMX40s. As i can't live without my headphones i paid £7.95 for express carrage[next day before 1pm], which in all brought the price up to £29. Well worth it though. [If you don't pay for the express carrage, you can get these on amazon for around £20]
Personally, i think Sennheiser headphones/earphones are the best you can buy for the price you pay, i've even had sennheiser products before my pmx40s. You can't ... ...feature a black neckband, with black caseing surrounding the speakers. Finished with chrome effect plastic. They are extreamly lightweight therefore comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The flexable neckband ensures that they fit comfortably for anyone. The sound, is a noticeable improvement from the pmx40s. The bass is enhanced with a crisp tone, fortunatly though, the bass is produced in such a way, that it doesnt drown out the mid range. ...

Advantages: Cheap and good sound Disadvantages: None for the price
These retail at between £19-£29, I bought mine for £22.99 a while back. I use these with a Creative Nomad jukebox 3, and they perform well as I walk around, even on a busy street. They fit around your neck rather than over your head and feel comfortable too, a lot of headphones sit too tight. or fit a bit close and are uncomfortable. Supplied with a 1 metre cord, plenty big enough in my opinion.
These headphones can be used with anything, cd player, ... ...I would say that these headphones are quite bassy for the price, which is good for all types of music, rock, dance - even classical, as there is a lot more bass in classical music than people think!
It states that they have a " ultra-lightweight diaphragm" which does actually increase the dynamic range and capabilities of these headphones, together woth the dedicated bass tube they allow for a max. playback level of 122 dB SPL and under half a percent ...

light up in an orangy red colour, whereas only the screen lights on the 4G. It would have been nice for the clickwheel to illuminate on the 4G, but i suppose this would have wasted battery.
In my review of the 4G Ipod Photo, I mentioned that Solitare was a little hard to see. I have to say that on the 3Gs display, though in greyscale it seems much clearer and easier to focus on.
For the sound test, I am going to compare the same media using SennheiserPMX60 headphones. Both systems will be set to 3/4 volume, and the media used will be "David Bowie - Life On Mars". The EQ on each ipod will be off.
First of all, the 3G is noticeably quieter than the 4G. The 3G also sounds muffled compared to the 4G. Whereas the acoustic on the 4G was clear and vibrant, the 3G seemed to add more bass than was needed, the bass piano in the song ...

Advantages: Colour Screen, Sound Quality, Size, Ease Of Use, On-the-go playlsits Disadvantages: Supplied Accesories, Supplied eaphones, Scratches Easily, Inability to delete songs from ipod without computer.
expensive, its a bit annoying, knowing you have to spend around £30 - if you want an official accesory - to unlock all of the ipods features. Still, i suppose this is how money is made.
As already mentioned, the supplied earphones are poor, and really dont do the iPod justice. I replaced mine straight away with SennheiserPMX60 headphones, and you can definatly hear the difference.
Thanks to the ipods finish and shiny mirrored surface, it is extreamly easy to scratch, though this isnt the end of the world, you idealy want it undamaged. Just like a new car. I straight away ordered an iCover off of ebay for £3 including p&p to protect it, luckily for me, both the ipod and cover arrived seperatly on the same morning, so i didnt even get chance to scratch it.
Other than this, I fail to see faults with the ipod. Overall its an excellent ...
