    These headphones are great for running and all forms of training. They are extremely light, so light in fact you forget they are there. Because they are behind the neck it is impossible for them to come out, even during the most intense session. The sound quality is good, and they do not cut out background noise, meaning you can be safe whilst running on the roads. These headphones are also fully waterproof so you can wash them, something I have found separates these headphones from headphones I have previously owned.
