Being a teenager, and a human, it's likely that I'm going to need listen to music.
Over the years, I've had various "musical Gismos". Ranging from Mp3 Players to iPods and soon an iPod touch.
As the device changes, so do the headphones (usually). When buying one from a shop, you tend to get headphones with it, the only problem is, there aren't that great.
My main reason for buying these were that I had lost all my other headphones and wanted good, comfortable headphones that wouldn't fall out. The other reason was, I had lost or broken all my other headphones.
I saw these on Amazon for £20 (incl. P+P) and asked my brother to buy them and I would pay him back.
About the Headphones:
Unless you have TINY ears, you will be grateful that these, unlike normal ones, will never fall out. Due to their design you won't suddenly have a loss of sound in one ear.
The headphones have the neckband, that then loops over your ears, and then plug neatly into your ears. As you can see in the picture the cable only goes in on one side, this can be useful, as an extra one gets in the way. The wire is roughly a metre long and has a clip so you can coil it up, to make it shorter. And now I reveal to you, another secret, they are water proof, ideal for rain snow, anything including your sweat.
Apart from the way they look they are actually better than your average headphones anyway and (after some research on my part) I found out that they are powered by two powerful neodymium magnets. If that helps. Plus they have lasted me other a year or two now.
The one down side is that when you lean back, the neck band (depending on the size of your neck) will hit the thing behind you and probably come out, otherwise it makes that really annoying sound that gives me goosebumps.
So whatever your reason, if you want to work out and like listening to music (the main reason, hence 'Sport') then I recommend you look into these.
Advantages: Stay in the ears while doing sports, very comfortable, good sound quality Disadvantages: I'll re-edit this review if I find any worth telling.
...I am very happy with Sennheiser and their PMX70 sport earphones, because recently, I have had real problems with them and their sports earphones. For more checkout my review on the Sennheiser MX70 VC Sport.
But following a confrontation with the UK Sennheiser directors themselves I was given these to try as a replacement product that better fitted my needs, which were 'to listen to music during sports' -- like the packaging says for the whole sports ... ...and sound quality of the Sennheiser is exceptional, I think Nike could learn some lessons here. Compared to my Sony earphones once again the fit is superior and the sound delivery system is a league apart. My iPod earphones are quite similar to the Sony experience to be honest, they are okay but in comparison I'll be using the Sennheiser PMX 70 for sport, leaving the lovely little white earbuds for the commute.
FINAL SAY
I'm sorry to sound like ...

Advantages: they stay put, good sound quality, durable, good value Disadvantages: can't think of any
I have used these headphones for a year now, and I'm still happy with them (and still using the original set I bought - so some decent durability).
They stay on my head - this is so important for me, as I use these most days to run with. I have tried other "sports" headphones that promise to stay put and they don't. These do, very comfortably.
Good sound quality - they deliver a good volume of sound, and a good enough quality of sound. Enough bass/treble. ... ...I think this is good if you're running/cycling and need to hear traffic around you.
Good lead length - this helps so I can put my ipod down in my pocket while I run, without any problems.
Sweat - I have noticed that sweat builds up in my ear with these as I run, which then means I can't hear the headphone properly - so it's worth giving them and your ear a wipe every so often during heavy exercise to keep the sound good.
They might be bright green, ...

Advantages: Good sound quality, easy to carry, never fall out Disadvantages: Quality of build is not the best and can get uncomfortable in ears on longer periods
After years of going through a variety of in-ear and on-ear headphones I was really looking for a set of headphones that would deliver quality sound, be very comfortable and be reasonably priced. I've had these headphones for over 6 months now and have to say I've almost covered all three of those points. The first thing you (and everyone who walks past you) notice is the crazy lime green colour which to be honest I really liked. The design is pretty ... ...never fall out and and fit very snugly in your ear. Sound quality is great and I've had several songs now sound totally different to me since I can actually hear the bass in them which is a definite plus from me. The PMX70s are also very easy to carry and come with a huge cable lead which is very cool and very useful. Price wise I bought mine from Amazon for about £18 which was a real bargain buy considering the quality and so on. There are two things ...

Advantages: Really really comfortable, won't shift or move when exercising Disadvantages: Well ... they are bright green.
These are by far the most comfortable and unobtrusive headphone to use when doing any variety of sports. They are extremely well built and feel durable. They don't mind a bit of sweat or a light rain shower. I have used these when jogging for over an hour and they feel as comfortable when i return as when i started out. For the music quality you get Sennheiser's full expertise here. They can handle the low bass of a great rock anthem and whether ...

Advantages: Looks, Very Durable, Excellent Sound Disadvantages: Slighly Uncomfortable at Beginning
Sennheiser is renonwed for being overpriced, but they always have amazing sound quality. This pair is an exception as the price is very reasonable for the quality of the product. They look amazing, the green is very striking without being pretencious. I am quite clumsy so occassionaly I may sit on the headphones if they are in my back pocket or drop them and tread on them, but they will not break so they are extremely tough and flexible.
The shape ... ...when I first wore the headphones. I took about an hour for my ears to adapt, after that I have not felt a thing.
In conclusion, these headphones are wonderfully stylish, very robust, produce exceptional sound quality, but it could still be argued that £27 is a lot to pay for the headphones, but I'm not complaining. ...

Advantages: Posing..? Sorry that's all i can think of folks. Disadvantages: They fall out of the ears during sports & cord spilts
They fall out of the ear if you try to walk never mind do any sport. They are just too bulky. They are not sports earphones, sorry..!
I'd like to comment about the sound quality but i can't as they never stay in the ear for long enough. Please be aware that i only used them for sport activities. I have other earphones for passive leisure. Now the Sennheiser MX 70 VC earphones sit on a shelf somewhere in my house.
One last thing, the cord splits within about two weeks of normal usage (walking, jogging around the park, etc). After check other blogs I have come to understand that this has happened with other people.
In reality this is a very poor product and should be discontinued by the manufacturer.
However, I have recently been given a pair of PMX70Sport earphones by Sennheiser because of the MX70VC's bad design and the PMX ...
Advantages: I'm hoping an angel will enlighten me because i can find any unfortunately. Disadvantages: They fall out the ears very easily & the cords splits in two weeks.
Please no more, they are very bad.

You may notice that there is one star for this review, I tried to give it NONE but the Ciao review form forced me to give one star. If I could, I'd revoke it. I'd like to write something nice but nothing comes to mind. They are definitely NOT good value for money.
