ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!

Stay well away from this company!! AT ALL COST!!

We have been in the design business for over 10 years designing various digital and print media. Posters, Booklets, Business Stationery etc...

I've ordered on more than one occassion with this company so my experience is not based on one order, (8 page booklet, 16 page booklet, letterheads, business cards and compliment slips)

Here is a list of their incompetencies to name just a few!!

1. inaccurate information
2. don't answer the phone (reason: because their team are really busy and JOHN had to make an executive decision to not answer client phone calls)
3. online print templates are pathetic at best (i mean page-17 in a 16 page booklet???)
4. don't get the orders out on time (excuse: we are installing a new digital press!!)
5. takes them 3 days to check all required information has been included on an order. (leaving me up the creek two days before the client deadline)
6. Print quality is mediocre at best. (crop lines are so inconsistent that you would hold your head in disbelief)

and if you can live with ALL that.... just wait till you speak to JOHN (one of the DIRECTORS who answers the phones most of the time)

In my opinion this guy just cannot handle the pressures associated with running a business, i generally stay away from commenting on peoples attitude BUT JOHN is an exception He is RUDE, IGNORANT and UNHELPFUL to say the least.

Todays the service was so poor that i felt i had to post an honest review and share it with EVERYBODY as NOBODY should ever have to go through what i did!!

honestly you would get more customer service from an executioner !!!
