Terrible, terrible company... |

We should have read these reviews before we used this company. Business cards arrived bent/damaged, with rough, poorly-cut edges, and with permanent marks all over them. Completely unusable.
Photos were emailed to "customer service" clearly showing the problems and asking for help/advice; and all we received back were robotic, arrogant, obtuse, unhelpful emails from an irritating individual called "Chris", who insists on solely using generic, provoking terms/statements such as "as stated in our terms and conditions", and "I reiterate" - nowhere to be found was an apology, any care or sympathy, or .01% of the required customer service.AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you enjoy dealing with unhelpful monkeys/adolescent 14-year-old children when things go wrong - absolute rubbish. I doubt this company will be in business for long.
