Haliborange Seven Seas Vitamins A, C & D

My two daughters have very different eating habits, one like’s vegetables the other does not, one likes fruit and the other not. As much I try to maintain a healthy nutritional diet for my girls I felt that the addition of a daily vitamin would be beneficial to their health.

Upon a friend’s recommendation I purchased the Haliborange chewable vitamins tablets. They contain vitamins AC&D and all natural colours and flavours. The box contains 120 orange flavoured tablets and costs £4.59. I purchased mine from Boots, but they are available at most supermarkets and chemist.

The benefits of the vitamins are:

~VITAMIN A~
Helps promote healthy hair, skin and nails. And also helps maintain good vision.

~VITAMIN C~
Helps to promote healthy bones and teeth and assists the body’s absorption of iron. It can also be helpful in the winter when colds and flu can deplete the body’s natural resources of this important vitamin.

~VITAMIN D~
Like vitamin C, this helps to promote healthy bones and teeth, also it helps the body in absorption of calcium.

~RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE~
The recommended daily intake is one tablet for adults and children over 3 years of age. Each tablet contains 100% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins AC&D. As with all vitamin supplements the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

The tablets are about the size of a pea, orange flavoured and chewable. My daughters love them, in fact they are the ones that ask me when they can have them. By giving my daughters this vitamin I know that what ever they are having that day whether it be a meat and two veg dinner or a treat of a McDonalds happy meal, they will be getting those all important vitamins needed to help maintain their health.
