I remember as a child my mother always emphasized the importance of a good tonic (as she called it) It was always a very good flavor and worked miracles. I have Been taking seven seas for years. It is a great value because it contains several different vitamins. It Strengthens my immune system and definitely feel a difference in my energy levels throughout the days when I do take them compared to the days I forget. I Highly recommended. I Always had amazing skin, great hair and an appetite out of this world. It is also a great supplement for the entire family. As a mother I still use it and my kids love it. It is unfortunate that it is not readily available in drugstores in my region. I usually have to buy it online. Seven seas can be expensive but the benefits you get from it way exceeds the cost.
