Advantages: Saves space, extremely easy to use. Disadvantages: Not multi-region
...For those of you who have always been wary of combos in the past, then fear no more, the SharpDV-NC65H is your calling!
I have always steered clear of tv combos in the past as their features are usually limited and they never seem to be the easiest of things to use. There is also the problem that if for something goes wrong with the TV then whatever it is combined with is redundant and some extent vice versa.
So what convinced me to buy a dvd/tv combo?
To be brutally honest one of the main influential factors was that it would save a lot of space and is much more convenient to move around if need be. But now I’ve had it I would not swap it back for two separates.
It is easy to set-up – at least no more difficult than your average player, it comes with a scart lead and a round coaxial cable. However it does have jacks for a 3...

Advantages: Good definition, Cheap Disadvantages: Low Bass
...I bought the Sharp MD-MS701 after a previous one I owned was stolen. I was happy with the product as it did what I needed. The definition on the sound is excellent, but the bass is a little bit lacking compared to other minidiscs I have tried. One of the main fault's I found with the machine was that one day it decided to stop outputting sound. The internal noises came out,(the button beeps etc.) but no actual music came out. I sent it back to Sharp, who sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it, and still no sound. This may say something about the machine and Sharp. But after this I wouldn't recommend it....

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Brake, poor customer service
...I bought this sharp mini dsic player thinking that a big name like sharp would produce good mini discs I was very wrong. First all the words on the buttons slowly faded until unreadable. It was far too easy to scratch. Also I manged to brake it and I went to get it fixed for free as it was less than a year old and they said that it wasn't covered.
It also makes very loud noises when playing. Although it looked good to begin with it all went down hill. Simple don't buy sharp. I had a Sony walkman before that and it still looks as good as new, never has broken. It really is far better. I'll stick to that for a while!...

I have the sharp 902. I have had it for about a year and a half now. I used to only have Nokia phones, but I liked the look of this, so i decided to try it.
I was pleasantly surprised. Although the actual phone is quite big, it has a lot of features.... more

I must admit I'm a bit of a romantic, I've read every one Bernard Cornwell's Sharpe books, and already owned the Sharpe boxset on DVD. So when Sharpe's Challenge was advertised on the TV I was looking forward to watching it. Sadly, due to a family... more
Although this combi-microwave gives very good cooking results and is perfect if cooking for 2 people, it is a very big appliance and its durability is questionable. I bought my first appliance in Dec 2004 and was extremely pleased with it. However,... more
