The Sharp LC-32TV for my mind is up there in the top listings. Many years ago as a child at home we had a Sharp front loader video and this was in the early Eighties and lasted up until at least the early/mid Ninties, so when it comes to Sharp you know that you are going to get a product that lasts and lasts.
Back to the TV, when I was first looking at buying an LCD TV the market had such a choice but the front runners were Samsung, Sony & Phillips. I was looking at the Samsung originally as the screen was made by Sony but then I cam across the Sharp and after looking at what this had to offer in spec and in value there was no other choice in my mind as this is such an impressive TV given it is on for most of the day in my house.
I have reduced the backlight which prolongs the scren life but does not dissinhance the picture quality in any way at all.
All in all I would recomend this TV to anyone that was considering upgrading or changing their current one and would deffinatley look at other Sharp products when I am looking to upgrade change etc.
