...I am sitting here in the library typing out a review on one of my latest acquisitions, namely a notebook. Not just any notebook, but the Sharp's Actius MM10 or in the UK, it might be the MM100.
I bought this little baby while in the US about a year ago and it has accompanied me since then on all the trips I've taken. It is safe to say that so far, this machine has managed to accomplished all that I needed it to do, well almost all but a little bit of that later.
Configuration of Notebook by virtue of importance IMHO
1. Weight
This little thing is less than 1 kilogram or 2.1 pounds according to the little sticker on my notebook. I have weighed this on a scale at the airport, to the amusement of the crew at the check-in counter. I do not see the point of lugging a computer...

Advantages: Sharp, Cool, Modern and Space Saving Disadvantages: None really
...I have just purchased six of these Dell UtraSharp flat screen monitors, and I must say that I am very pleased with the purchase.

Advantages: Excellent picture, good quality Disadvantages: Must be on highest resolution for a really clear picture
...The Sharp LL 171G-B TFT 17" monitor cost me £250 during November 2004. Although it was at the higher end of the price range I decided a quality monitor was important as I would indeed be looking at it rather a lot.
This monitor stood out to me because of its good looks, impressive specification and quality brand. The monitor is on an attractive 4 pronged, silver star shaped stand. Behind the actual display, on the stand, are two loop clips that can be used to keep the cables tidy. This further enhances the look of the monitor as there are no dangling cables.
With a response time of 16ms, max resolution of 1280 x 1024 and pixel pitch of 0.264mm the Sharp LL 171G-B is equiped to deliver a wonderful picture.
The monitor is easily adjustable. The height is variable, the angle can be changed up or down and side to side...
