    My family love homemade curries and I enjoy making them. For us the weekend starts with a Friday night curry. Pottering around in the kitchen can be a great way to unwind and I usually love all the chopping and stirring. However, there are times when I finish work late and come home feeling too tired for a cooking extravaganza.
