Advantages: Ligth, non greasy and easy to apply. Disadvantages: Slightly expensive
It is a common belief that you only apply sunprotection on hot, sunny days. It is not totally true. Sunprotection cream is important as long as there is daylight.
Shiseido Ultimate SunProtection Face cream with an SPF of 50 may seems crazy to some but it does works. Shiseido which is a Japanese branded skin care product have been around for many years and have a good reputation for their research and development.
As a person who tan easily, the Shiseidosunprotection cream with its SPF 50 have given me the protection against sun burnt and pigmentation.
The white cream is not very oily and is very easy to apply. It smoothen evenly and you do not need much to cover the whole face.
I use it over my moisturiser and under my foundation. It lasted the whole day and I do not have to replenish it.

The ShiseidoLiquid Compact Foundation is sold (£18) on its own as a refill with sponge - it comes in an air tight container to keep the water based foundation free from air stopping it dehydrate. I don't think it is possible to use this on its own. So buying the Shisedio liquid compact is a must (£10) which has two compartments one for the foundation to drop into and the other with holes for the sponge to sit in. Advantages: Gives good coverage, Applies really well, Blends well Disadvantages: Causes my skin to become slightly greasy
free ? I?m not so certain whether it is oil free as I can?t see why this would cause my face to become greasy if there was no oil in the product. The product does come with an SPF of 15 built into it which is good for lazy ladies like me who don?t use a sunscreen during the day (yes very naughty I know!).
Overall I have found this foundation to be ok, I am not sure if I would buy it again mainly due to the fact it does seem to make my skin look slightly greasy towards the end of the working day. I love the amount of coverage it gives when you first apply it, however it does wear off later in the day and this wouldn?t be a foundation I?d choose to wear on a night out as I like something which offers long lasting results. I think as a cheap alternative to my Lancôme foundation just to wear for work it has done it?s job, I think I would ...
