This company are extremely good to deal with. They completely deliver everything they say they are going to. We are delighted with our washing machine. They are very responsive to your emails, and even when I asked to credit my account back temporarily, and then order the washing machine again when I had more money, that wasn't a problem. They kept me in touch about when the machine was going to arrive, and specified that they would call an hour before, to make sure we were back at home to collect the machine. I would highly recommend dealing with this company, and their prices are good. I would buy again from them without hesitation. ...

I put my order in for a hotpoint rfa52a fridge freezer on 20/9/08 at this local company , only to be told 5 days later by the curtious staff , that delivery would not be until mid november , as theyre out of stock - not impressed by this so cancelled the order and wont be using them again which is a shame as id like to support local companies whenever possible rather than the "big boys " but when your old freezer starts to pack up 6 weeks delivery time isnt much use . ...

Still waiting for my products 24 days later. Did offer the cheapest but there is obviously a reason. They pay their staff low so that they are not competent. Watch out for the small print for charging. It states that they won't charge you until you agree the order and they confirm a delivery date for you. Took my money on the 1st day I placed the order and I still don't have a confirmed delivery date. WHen challenged, they give some fairy story that is so wishy washy, Aladdin would call it his best friend!!! Would I use them again? Not while one has one's head attached to his shoulders. Appalling. ...
