The presenters on this channel seem pretty honest and appear to know what they're talking about. Most of them are quite likeable apart from Debbie Shore who thinks she is very special. Pick of the Day prices are usually good. The customer service, however, is nothing short of appalling!
Delivery times, particularly on fashion, are unacceptably slow, with items on a couple of occasions not arriving at all. The customer service centre is in India and the operators are nothing short of infuriating. They obviously have a list of stock phrases they are instructed to use and it is impossible to get a satisfactory answer to any of your questions. Just a tip; if you have cause to contact them, it is easier and much cheaper to email them via the Intouch facility on the website. They then telephone you, hence they pick up the phone bill.
I am at present awaiting a delivery of a fashion item that customer service insist has been despatched, but up to now i.e. 35 days after order was placed, has not materialised. The final disadvantage with this channel is that they debit your card as soon as the order is placed unlike QVC who don't debit until the item is despatched.
Hope this review has been of some use.

Why is it in this day and age that customer service is so dreadful?! I do hope your item turns up. x

A nicely presented first review. It is frustrating when you like the goods they offer but can't deliver very well. I tend to use QVC as they are pretty quick. Good tip about using the e-mail rather than ringing them. Fionaxx
