I'm not a user, and even if it was legalized I still wouldn't be.

But at the end of the day I don't see marijuana as very harmful, in fact the government could make a great deal of money by heavily taxing it and being the sole provider to the country in order to make sure it's a substance that is safe, controlled, and gives back to the citizens through that tax revenue, it sounds like a win/win to me!

And there's always the personal freedom outlet to look at, if marijuana isn't determined to be exceptionally harmful to individuals just by use alone, then that pretty much puts it in the same ballpark as alcohol, and we all know how much drinks are pushed on everybody by advertisement. I've never seen a stoner go around picking fights, they usually just want to relax on the couch for a while and maybe take a nap, I see nothing wrong with that.

Barely touches any of the valid points for a Ciao debate. Harmful? yes, it is: then again so is playing ball-games outside William Hague's house of residence - lol

Isn't exceptionally harmful? Are you a doctor / scientist / psychologist? It's an intoxicating, mind altering drug which in case you didn't know, you have to smoke. Non smokers not only become stoned but they also become smokers. Will legalizing it stop the illegal trade...uhm, no! The ratio of agressive stoners is as great as the ratio of agressive drinkers and I hate it when people say stoners are never agressive. It's expensive to buy and there's more crime associated with funding this habit and its trade than that of drink. Stoners only want it legalized so they can get stoned without consequences, they certainly don't want the government to take control otherwise they'd be paying three times as much.
