The C60 is a phone for those of you who want a decent phone, not too pricey, not too tacky. It has polyphonic ringtones, of which there 10 to start with, 2 good games, a colour screen and room for improvement with a camera expansion available for about £20, depending on where you buy it. Priced at about £60-70, it's not going to break the bank. Although the phone is good value for money, and is good enough for the casual user, it seems to have a few problems, however it is through no fault of it's own. The phones availability for downloading extra ringtones, wallpapers, etc. is very low. On most networks it seems the phone is very much a rarity, for example the ordinary O2 sim card is incompatible with the phone, and most sites selling polyphonic ringtones seem to favour other phones such as Nokia over Siemens phones (like the C60).
The phone is quite quick to charge, from half-power to full-power only takes on average abour 30 minutes, and will hold charge for a long time, depending on how much you use it for phone calls and texts. Overall, it doesn't differ much from other phones in this aspect. The phone is also quite reliable, as in most places it can get some kind of signal, usually a strong one. It also seems to have a sturdy frame, as it has been dropped many times, sat on, thrown around in frustration and generally mistreated, and the case is not even scratched. The phone does not have many ringtones to start with, and they aren't particularly imaginative, but they do the job, also there are only three wallpapers, again not particularly imaginative. The layout of the phone, colour of buttons, etc. is not particularly customisable either, so if you like fiddling with the settings on your phone a lot, this probably isn't the phone for you. There are clipit covers available, but again because Siemens chose not to market this phone particularly well, there isn't much available for it accessory-wise.
Overall, it's good value for money, if what you want is a mid-ranged, low-priced phone with a few luxuries on the side. Hey, it rings.
