My previous phone was a siemen's C60 and I loved it. Easy to use, not too many features I wouldn't use, It was the perfect phone. After a good two and a half years use the battery was not lasting as long (though still quite good at about 24 hours when unused) and, alas, my clumbsy hands had lost it's grip a few too many times and the cover was quite dented and started to fall off.
I loved my phone, but needed realiability being pregnant and also having a toddler in toe, so I reluctantly (and after a few months of nagging from the other-half) I went to find a new phone.
In the past I have been excited getting a new phone, but this time, I didn't want to change. Then, as I was mentally scrolling through the display, I saw a newer, flashier version of my old beloved phone. All the features and menus were pretty much in the same order and there were additional features such as a little joystick and a camera. Needless to say, the C72 was my new phone!
This is lighter in weight than the C60 so doesn't add too much weight in the pocket or baby bag. It is of good compact size and is not too minuture so not too easy to lose in the handbag, car, etc.
It has a very proffession look and the menus are simple and easy to use with a large screen and clear, precise fonts.
The camera side was a little scary, but after I gave it a go I found it realatively simple to use. There is plenty of memory so it holds heaps of photos. I even managed to send a photo to someone else!
I have now had this phone for about 8 months and even with the hundreds of texts each month the buttons are in A1 condition. Battery reliability is excellent and reception is fine.
My only complaint (other than I didn't find it sooner) is that I cannot for the life of me find a list of recently received calls. This is an inconvenience when someone has called you and you get cut off as you cannot look up there number to call them back.
And if you have butter fingers like me - When you drop this phone the back cover falls off which minimises damage!!
