I recently purchased the Siemens CL75 Poppy (Limited Edition) on Virgin. It caught my eye due to the detail and the elegance of it, its clearly a woman's phone.

Its made by Siemens and the original CL75 had an intricate flower design until they brought out this version. Its mainly pink with silver and a lovely design of a poppy which starts at the back and finishes at the front with the actual flower. Also the limited edition of this cames with a Swarovski crystal charm.

There is also a dedicated hotkey on the phone that turns the display into a mirror, so its great not having to carry a separate mirror with you.

The camera is very good quality and there is also the advantage of taking videos up to 50 seconds long. On top of this you have a sound recorder and dictaphone, so for those quick notes this comes in handy and you can programme one of the hotkeys for these functions.

The keypad is very easy to use as are the menus on the phone, anyone buying this for a first time phone user will have no problem using it.

Reception on the phone is as good as the network it uses, and mine uses Virgin which has very good coverage. I've not noticed any background noise (yet!).

I bought this phone on Virgin at Phones 4 U the cost being £69.95. It is also available on O2 as well.

I have to admit that this is my second handset as the first one did freeze and turn itself on and off, but with this (touch wood) I've had no problems, just the luck of the draw!. A great phone for the ladies.

UPDATED: 7th April 2006

Since writing this review I've had to take the handset back to Phones 4 U due to numerous complications with it freezing, turning itself on and off during sending/writing text messages. Apparently there is a lot of faults with this handset and Siemens offer a software upgrade via their website which is quite useful, but I wouldn't chance it in case it mucked the phone up further.
