My kids adore the pizzas we make as they are much better than anything you can buy, and are just like the pizzas you get from a proper pizza oven. The only downside of this oven is the self cleaning. It isnt the best as only the sides and back have the special covering. The base of the oven is old fasioned enamel that needs a good scrub. The door comes off with the flick of 2 catches so it is easy to access for cleaning. I have purchased several appliances from siemens and all are stunningly good.
Extremely efficient, Cheap:quality ratio is high, two ovens for efficient use and quality of food 'production'. Cooling system is of high quality.
None so far with mechanical devices, however, is reasonabaly heavy, not effecting the cookin and other various factors associated with the oven though. (*)
