Aah, Siemens, how you make me smile.
Well, what can I say? I've had this phone for quite a while now, and I think it's time to tell the world how much I enjoyed being the lucky owner of the SL65.
Here's a quick run-throughof the little feauturettes that make me proud to own this phone...

Camera-
Not a bad camera, overall. It has a focus of 1:2:8 and is digital, and records short movies as well as taking photos. Quality? Not bad, I mean, the videos look quite fuzzy when played back, but the pictures have a nice graphic to them.
Pre-loaded stuff-
The SL65 comes pre-loaded with a lot of fun things. It has 3 games (Bubble Boost, Golf Pro 3D and Siemens 3D Rally), comes crammed-full of little animations and pictures, and has a lot of cute little polyphonic tones.
Handling-
In my opinion the SL65 is quite easy to use. It has a little joystick that looks small and prone to mistakes, but is actually quite a cool little addition that's easy to handle. Writing texts is quick and easy, and even faster if you switch on the 'T9 Input' ( a litle thing that writes words very quickly).
Menu-
The menu can be changed to show two different views. All your things are very easy to find, in the menu you have: Address Book, Call Records, Surf & Fun, Camera, Messages, Organiser, Extras, My Stuff and Setup.
Those little extras-
The phone comes with a lot of nice extras, such as an easy-to-use personal organiser, an alarm clock (with a loud ring that's sureto wake you up) a sound recorder (that can record exceptional quality sound), a calculator and even a unit converter!
Applications-
This phone comes with a lot of hlpful and pretty cool applications. One of the applications that can be found on this phone is Download Assistant, which can aid you in downloading some decent games or tones. It also has 'Fit and Mobile', which is literally an exercise program to show you how to build those legs and biceps! And, if you like knowing that your info is same, you can store it in the 'Mobile Safe'.
Sound quality-
In my experience, everytime I called somebody, or somebody called me, the reception was good, and the sound was too. The quality of the ringtones is very good, and very polyphonic.
Endurance-
This is a fire-cracker of a phone! This phone has been thrown against a boulder, rolled down a hill and thrown down a dusty road, and still works as good as the day it was bought!
Size-
It's a good size, smaller than most 'flip-up' phones out there on the market today, so it's never awkward!
Battery-
This is a little problem I have...the battery. In my experience the battery loses energy a little faster than most phones that I had, but, it does recharge quite quickly in my opinion.
Cost-
The cost varies now, but I believe that I got mine from Littlwoods for £120, and that was Pay as you Go
