I own this toaster too, but I have not had the problem that the other reviewer appears to have had and hope I won't have similar problems later on...
It looked quite complicated to use, so I read through the instruction before using it. It is actually very easy to use. I got the toaster to match the kettle, and so far I am happy that I got it, even though I paid more than what's supposed to be the cheapest offer now. Perhaps the manufacturers have realised they needed to slash prices for their products to sell. When the bread has been toasted, the toaster only pops gently, so the bread never jumps out of the toaster completely--this is a neat feature.
It is very attractive for a toaster--there is something futuristic about it.I will update section "Value for money" depending on how long it lasts!
