...getting a replacement for this because I discarded the packaging and Siemens won't take it back for a refund without it. However, it seems neither durable nor reliable and I wish I'd spent a lot less money on something which would do the job for more than 3 months. ... Read review

It looks good! Most people buy a kettle to boil water and just boil water. I like a kettle that also boils water but does it with style. The lid mechanism is smooth. However if you have lime scale it can block and the once smooth mechanism tends to stick. The "on" button can be tempremental but that might be my fat man fingers. This kettle is easy on the eye, it will last longer than most and will look good in any kitchen. All this comes at a price!
