The 4 week course which consists of 85 green and white capsules cost £24. You are supposed to take 1 or 2 capsules at 10am and the same at 3pm. Take them for 5-6 then have 1-2 days off.

Silver slimming tablets are totaly herbal and although it doesnt say what it actually does on the packaging it makes you feel like you have got butterfies in your tummy which makes you not feel your hunger pans. To start off with i 1 capsule twice a day but found it didnt do anything so i took 2 twice a day. You just seemed to totally forget to eat? Although i suggest you eat breakfast first then take them because with myself anyway by the time i remembered to eat i felt really really sick.
Overall i do think these capsules work in the sense that you could lose weight because you dont eat while taking them however i think they would work better if you plan to do something while taking them like go to the gym etc because i didnt do any exercising but i did feel hyper and full of energy while taking them. I didnt lose any weight but i did only take them for 2 weeks and didnt buy any more.
