Now, on this spec, the game runs very nice, detailed & colourful. Overall the game is fantastic, although I just can?t for the life of me make a city to make profit. So helpful hints welcome :0)
For the person who likes a challenge. A long lasting game that your actions change what will happen & playing multiplayer with friends. This has got to be one of the best family fun games yet. I?m a hard line gamer, I love FPS, Strategy & role playing games? but I really enjoy playing this.
You have to build a city. Make profit or you get kicked out. Keep your citizens happy, in work & healthy... Make sure you have enough travel, electricity, water & parks or they will leave your city. Then you have finances which I hate lol.

This is most definitely the best in the sequence. After playing SImcity 2000 (a while after when it came out) I thought that was excellent! Then Simcity 3000 came out, that was my favorite game for ages! Now after a while SimCity4 has been a new establishment to my collection. Totaly the best game iv had in ages!
The graphics are soooo good, if like me from playing SImCity 3000, the little characters were quite good. They're even better now, more realistic than ever! If you have the Sims (which i have) then you gte to import Sims from different families into the game. Learn about what's happening in your new town etc. Although if you haven't got the Sims, then never fear, maxis already knew that! You can just create a couple and shove them in your town instead. You can have up to 5 different Sim people in your town.

Then some time ago mr delawney came home with SimCity 3000 World Edition and I was hooked once more. Hours were whiled away when I was supposedly "studying" creating ever expanding metropolises and enjoying the worship of my contented citizens. Still, all good things come to an end eventually, and when I'd played the game through several times to the point of getting the space port, it finally dawned on me that I seemed to have done pretty much everything the game allowed you to do, and once more SimCity found its way onto the shelf.
Anyway, mr delawney being the sweetir he is came home from town one Saturday at the end of January with the latest in the SimCity family - SimCity4, and I've been addicted ever since.
