Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser is a fantastic light moisturiser to use especially for people who have sensitive skin. The moisturiser has no perfume or colour added to it and it is suitable for everyday use. The moisturiser also lasts for twelve hours giving you maximum moisturising effects.
The moisturiser is fairly cheap to buy and only costs £2.99 for a 125ml bottle. The bottle is fairly simple; it's mainly white with a green dispenser and a white plastic lid. The lid screws onto the bottle quite tightly so it keeps the moisturiser inside fresh and you avoid the risk of it drying out.
The moisturiser is bright white in colour and is of medium consistency, it has no smell at all because there is no perfume added to it. When I am applying the moisturiser to my face I find that I don't have to use a lot of it. A blob the size of a 10p piece is sufficient enough to cover my face and neck.
I find that the moisturiser is absorbed really quickly into my skin and it doesn't feel sticky or greasy when I'm applying it. I find that the moisturiser is absorbed into my skin almost instantly; it doesn't leave my skin looking shiny or feeling greasy or oily. This is probably one of the first moisturising creams I have used which hasn't given me a shiny looking face.
I find that the moisturiser leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and almost velvety to the touch. My skin also looks more refreshed and brighter since I have been using Simple, this is probably because it isn't jam packed full of perfumes and additives like other lotions and potions I have used.
Although this is a face cream I also have another use for it, well I have three. It is also a very good base to use before applying make up. I find that my foundation lasts longer when I have applied Simple and it gives me a more flawless natural look. Sometimes when I am applying my foundation I won't apply the Simple before hand, instead I will mix some Simple and some foundation together to make my foundation look more natural and less obvious.
I also use the Simple Moisturiser to apply to any new tattoos I get. The moisturiser doesnt irritate the tattoo and make the colour drain out of it like vaseline would. Alhthough this is supposed to be used as a face cream it is probably the best thing I have applied to my new tattoos to keep them moisturised.
Simple moisturiser is a great hand cream, I apply a tiny amount of it to my hands and it leaves them feeling highly moisturised and soft. I think that the cream leaves my hands feeling softer and more moisturised than my face at times.
None of Simples products are tested on animals contain animal-derived ingredients or animal-derived glycerine.
The moisturiser contains Pro-Vitamin B5, this is used to increase the moisture retention capacity of your skin which helps to keep dry skin highly moisturised, supple and give it more elasticity. It also contains a UV filter, anti inflammatory and anti itching properties to help stimulate skin regeneration.
You can purchase Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser from ASDA, Boots, Morrison's, Superdrug, Tesco and Sainsbury's. Although prices may differ so check around for a cheaper deal to save some money.

...for myself. I’ve never found Simple products that appealing on the shelves therefore I’ve only ever tried the facewipes before. I couldn’t believe how cheap this was for a moisturiser, it only costs £3.42 at Superdrug for a 125ml bottle. '''Packaging…'''

...I have used Simple products before, and whilst I don't have sensitive skin, there are certain persons in the house who do have sensitive skin, so I have to be mindful of this fact when I bring anything home. I know they will use the moisturiser, and don't really want them all blotchy.
So, these products are going to be ok, since they are totally perfume and colour free, and since this moisturiser is part of the Core skin care, it is actually made ... ...Packaging~~
As with most simple products, this is quite simply packaged. It comes in a 25ml plastic bottle, which is white with a screw off top. To apply the moisturiser, just give it a little squeeze!
The moisturiser itself is white (naturally) and has absolutley no smell at all. this I do like. It is quite runny, not thick and really creamy like some moisturisers for more mature skin, and a little does indeed go a long way

Simple - Hydrating Light Moisturiser
As per the label it softens and smothes. Contains active ingredients pro-vitamin B5 and Vitamin E. The range Simple promotes using the 3 step cleansing routine, cleanse, tone and moisturise. This is the third step of the twice daily task. One of the key selling points for simple products are that they are 100% colour and perfume free which is an excellent selling point as so many products contain both. Advantages: Light and airy, soaks in well. Disadvantages: Price has gone up!
...very quickly. The Simple Skin Care range use no perfume, no colour and their products are dermatologically tested and approved. The products are amazing on sensitive skin because they don't add anything to your skin (apart from lots of moisture) or take anything away. I much prefer this light moisturiser to the thicker one. It can be used when skin is feeling a bit tight, and sinks in very quickly meaning you don't have to wait around for 20 minutes ... ...this, it can be used with foundations to make application easier. As well as being light, and airy on skin the moisturiser contains pro-vitamin B5 which restores, softens and smoothes skin; Vitamin E which helps to moisturise and improve skin condition; and is pH balanced (neutral) meaning it works in harmony with your skin and is not at all acidic. This moisturiser leaves skin replenished and nourished all the time and is a great every-day moisturiser. ...

Advantages: Smoothes, softens, eliminates dry patches, doesn't leak easily in your bag, & easy to carry around. Disadvantages: slight odd smell whilst applying.
...stiff. So I turned to Simple for a cure.
*****
As with most Simple products it is in a plain white bottle with a green logo of Simple on the front and a green lip that skrews on (making it very hard for it to leak in your bag, which it great!) Underneath it says Light Hydrating Moisturiser. It is easy to get a different product that looks similar as I have done it myself before because many Simple products are in similar bottles so BE CAREFUL! ... ...100% colour and perfume free....I have to admit that I did seem to catch a hint of a smell as I applied to to my face! It wasn\'t particularly nice but I wouldn\'t let that put you off buying it....after it has soaked in, a matter of minutes later, the smell has gone.

Advantages: Low price, Excellent quality, Lasts for a while, Lovely bottle design, Good for sensitive skin Disadvantages: Won't get rid of spots
- but that?s not the only reason I bought the Simple Rich Replenishing Moisturiser, the LightHydratingMoisturiser and the wipes.
I bought them because I had tried products from the Simple range before (The products I had already experienced were the eye make up remover and the face wash) and I had really liked them. Also my friend who I was shopping with at the time recommended the moisturisers to me, as she uses the light, hydratingmoisturiser and finds it really good on her skin, as do most people I know who have tried the moisturiser.
I tried the lighthydratingmoisturiser and think that it is good but this one is even better!
When I run out I don't mind paying full price at all, but I think there will probably be an offer on it somewhere, as most times I have seen the moisturiser before there has been, which I may take advantage ...
Advantages: Non-Greasy, Non-Perfumed. Disadvantages: None to me!
clean afterwards.
After cleansing you will need to add moisturiser.
*HYDRATINGLIGHTMOISTURISER*
£1.99 for 125ml bottle.
There is also several different moisturisers that Simple do. They have a rich moisturise, replenshing creams and night creams. This one suited me better as it was very light. Some people require more moisturisation than others.
After you have finished toning, you can apply this very lightmoisturiser. It is ph balanced with pro-vitamin b5. It absorbs easily into the skin. It is very light and again non-oily so you hardly notice you are wearing it. It makes a great base for make-up. When I apply this moisturiser it lasts all day, so I do not have to worry about my skin becoming dehydrated. When applying, smooth gently with fingertips in an upward direction. Before applying my make-up I wait for 5 ...
