Advantages Clearer skin in a few days, smoother skin

Disadvantages Hard to wash off, a little sloppy in consistency

I must admit, after trying a previous product from the Simple Spotless Skin range that was disappointing, I was reluctant to try another. However, after many positive reviews of this face wash, I decided to give it a try, as my skin was in need of a good face wash.

*Packaging*
The packaging follows a simple theme of blue, green and white which fits in with the rest of the range and looks very appealing in its design. On the front of the tube they throw in a couple of metallic streaks to make the design look even more sophisticated, and give you a taster of what is inside the bottle, with it stating 'results from day 1' slap bang in the middle. The cap is a snap on, snap off green lid which is actually rather hard to open, especially with wet hands!

*Product*
Simple promise 'visibly clearer skin' with this product, and I have to agree it delivers! The gel has 3 spot fighting ingredients: Zinc PCA to absorb excess oil, Chamomile to soothe and anti-irritate and witch hazel which tones and tightens pores. As well as this, it has a natural anti-bacterial to fight problem skin. The gel is quite runny and slides of the face if you don't rub it in quick enough, but it doesn't foam as much as other skin washes, which i've heard is the sign of a product that is better for your skin. The large exfoliating beads can't be felt on the skin, but you can definitely feel the results in the softer and smoother skin you get immediately afterwards. I used this religiously, day and night every day and i saw results within the first two days! I was really happy with this because it is the quickest any face wash has ever worked. The wash helps keep skin soft and supple whilst also absorbing extra oil off the surface of the skin without drying it out. Not only does it get rid of existing spots, but used regularly, it helps prevent upcoming spots as well!

*Price*
I bought this as part of a 3 for £7 deal on the Simple Spotless Skin range at ASDA, but alone it retails for about £3.48, so much cheaper to get it in a deal. I've used this face wash for at least a month now and it shows no signs of running out at all, so for the use you get from it and the quality of the gel, i'd recommend this price because it is a bargain compared to some other face washes!

*Overall*
I consider this one of the best face washes out on the market for spot prone skin, as it really works and from a small price as well!
