Advantages: Nice Drawings Disadvantages: Soulless compared to other installments
...book, number 5 in the Sin City series, sees the return (again....?) of main character Dwight. Again, the artwork is magnificent, drenched in black and white with characters that have obviously been thought long and hard about and not just thrown onto the page. Brace yourself for an all-new, never before published, tale from Sin City, courtesy of award-winning writer/artist Frank Miller. An epic slice of urban pulp fiction. Welcome to Sin City, an urban jungle populated by human predators and low-life criminals. It's a town where everyone's on the wrong side of the law, even the cops. Luckily, Dwight (from Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Sin City: The Big Fat Kill) has attitude and artillery, and is backed up by the lethal, sword-wielding Miho, but this time it may not be enough! This 'mature readers' collection features violence, nudity and swearing. From the PublisherSin City the movie will be released in 2005, from Buena Vista. The 3 graphic novels the film is based on are: Sin City: The Hard Goodbye (prev. Sin City), Sin City: That Yellow Bastard, and Sin City: The Big Fat Kill.
