At last, a diet I could... |
|---|
I lost three whole clothes sizes in three months. Yet, I got to keep my usual two glasses of wine and a small 50g bar of chocolate every day. I started just after New Year when I discovered I was too big to fit into anything in my entire wardrobe. I had slowly gone up more than three sizes in around five years. I was not about to buy the next size up. Enough was enough. A friend told me about the sin and slim web based diet. So, I logged on and found it very easy. You just click on your favourite sins to keep and the web site works out the rest of your diet for you. In exchange, I had to give up some other sins and eat lots more juice-laden fruit or vegetable soups, during the day. At first I though, this can't be right I'm eating much more often than before but they say this is good for your metabolism. They could do with giving a bit more guidance on the evening meal because I had to email them about adding jars of cooking sauces. I got a reply quite quickly but was told that sauces are sins as well. Overall, I think it worked because the diet balanced my sins with good things that are low in calories and I didn't feel guilty about having the sins I kept. When I came off the diet I eventually put one clothes size back on but I remembered that they did say I should stick to a fruit breakfast permanantly, to make up for my sinning all year round. So, I went back on the full diet for two weeks to lose the weight I needed and since then I have kept to the fruit breakfast and haven't put any weight back on.

Welldone on the success of your weight watch. some good points here, and I'm always looking for new diets so will take a look. You might want to include some more information in your review though - for example is it a completely tailor made plan for free, or do you have to subscribe and pay? thanks, kels x
