Advantages: weight loss or weight gain depending on what you choose to do. very fun games! Disadvantages: its not entirely accurate, can strain yourself if you over do it.
stick to one of the weight of clothing everytime istead of changing it else you will end up with varied results which are usually inacurate.
Apart from that its a very well designed game. Many games now that you buy for the Wii you can use the balance bored with it such a snowboarding, skating and fitness work outs.
I would recommend this to anyone who has a Wii, it's a fun and easy way to burn off the calories. There's nothign more boring than going to a gym and just using a bike of even using a treadmill to run or walk, You can do that with wii fit and its made much more fun.
Although i must warn anyone over 23stone is advised not to use the Wii fit balance bored. ...

Advantages: Fun, good exercise factor, easy to use Disadvantages: addictive
of with my BMI and was pleased to see i was an ideal weight for my height and age. I then got a Wii fit age which wasn't too good, so i thought i'd better try out the exercises to bring my age down a few years (or 10). The first exercise i did was under the aerobic section and was jogging. It was amazing as all i did was hold the remote in one hand and jog on the spot. I could could really feel the burn in my legs afterwards. I've had the Wii fit since christmas and i can truely say it was one of the most worthwhile products i have received. Not only is the board lightweight and easy to carry, but its white exterior means it looks good in most lounges and can also have non slip covers bought for extra safety. Advantages: big areas to skate. New and improved. Nice graphics Disadvantages: not good if you're not into skating
If you've played other Tony Hawk games, you'll know that they're fun for a time, but only really for hard-core skating fans.
However, this one's a bit different.
You see, it's on the wii, which means that the movement and skate control is a lot more realistic. In fact, you can even control one foot with the wiimote, and one with the nunchuk.
I would still sasy that if you're not into skating this isn't for you, but if you don't it then I'd recommend the game. The skating engines and trickes are sort of the same, except you can choose 3 paths as a skater.
Career - These skaters skate for prizes and money
Rigger - These skaters take whatever they see in the environment and use it to skate on.
Hardcore - These guys skate only 'cos they want to. Tearing through the streets, reaking havok wherever they go.
