LIBERTY CITY STORIES - GTA GOES PSP!!!

Advantages: Huge free roaming area, Days of gameplay, loads of missions, custom soundtrax!
Disadvantages: Price for PSP, Same islands as 1st 3D GTA

his place in the leadership of the leone family in a town up for grabs. ---COST--- If you are buying this on PSP it will cost you around £29.99 which is almost double the price of the PS2 version which is now around £17. The PSP version is the same as the PS2 version but it allows you to use custom tracks while playing the game instead of listening to the in game radio. I own the PSP version as i am more of an XBOX player and i like to play GTA on the move. GRAPHICS The Graphics on PSP are excellent, just slightly less better than the PS2 GTA's. The city sometimes takes a second to appear if you are travelling extremely fast in a vehicle but on the whole the graphics and the game islands look brilliant. The cut scenes also look great and the story is also very good. GAMEPLAY There are all the usual extras that are in GTA ...

Mestni Park - bringing the countryside even closer

Advantages: Right in the town, plenty of green space, variety of landscapes
Disadvantages: Only falling conkers in autumn!

Although Maribor is a small town surrounded by lots of lovely countryside it still has a lovely large city park ? Mestni Park - with tree lined paths, three large ponds, an indoor aquarium and a variety of statues and other things of note. You can stick to the concreted paths or you can get off the main paths and venture onto the sign-posted trails on the forest edge. There are several entrances to the park; the easiest way to get to the park is to head north from Trg Svobode, past the giant wine barrel outside Vinag and keep walking north, crossing the roads until you get to the park. The first of the three fishponds is at the entrance of the park; this is the smallest and it has an excellent little viewing platform which enables you to get a better look at the life in the water than you do at the other ponds. This pond contains ...

For the Country in the City - Pollok Country Park

Advantages: Free Entry, Open All Year, Beautiful, Lots to See and Do
Disadvantages: None Whatsoever!

Would you be surprised to learn that Glasgow has over 70 parks within its city boundaries? It's not known affectionately as "Dear Green Place" for nothing. One of the largest parks is Pollok Country Park. Situated in the southside of the city, just three miles from the city centre, it was voted Best Park in Britain in 2007 and then went on to be crowned Europe's Best Park in 2008. It's a large park at over 360 acres, so even when the sun is splitting the sky (which does happen in Glasgow, you know!), it never feels crowded and you can always find a wee quiet spot for yourself. Where is it and how do we get there? It's on Pollokshaws Road, postcode G43 1AT, if you have SatNav, or take junction 1 or 2 from the M77 and follow the signs for the Burrell Collection. There is plenty of parking within the park. It ...
