I have been using Natural Collection Cucumber and Eye Bright coolingeye gel for about a year now. I bought it as part of a buy two get one free deal in their natural collection and paid around £3 for it.
I bought it as we had just bought a computer and I found my eyes were getting sore at night and felt very blurry and itchy. I had trouble sleeping so I tried medicated eye washes, Clinique All About Eyes and then Boots own brand coolingeye gel. I found the medicated washes were just too strong and too uncomfortable for my eyes and Clinique's All About Eyes was more cosmetic then refreshing.

Advantages: feels amazing on your skin... and really reduces puffiness... Disadvantages: no more cutting cucumbers... awww darn...

Make sure your fingers are clean and free of oils... and also wash your face and pat dry before putting the gel on... once the gel is carefully applied... just sit back and feel the revitalizing effect...

I admit to kind of being a bit reluctant to trying this... mainly because I really don't like the smell of cucumbers... but since it is so faint... I decided to have a go... and it was well worth it...
As soon as the gel touched my skin... there was this immediate cooling effect around my eyes... with a slightly alcoholic evaporation after a few minutes... which left my eyes less dark and the puffiness was reduced... My eyes even felt alert after being up for more than a few hours...
Unlike some American products... this didn't leave a disgusting film afterwards that needs to be scraped off ...

Lyin' Eyes is a lightly tinted under eye concealer. It's thicker than other concealer that I have used, and is applied wet but in seconds becomes powder dry.
I would definitely recommend this as I found it does actually work, and I think that the fact it has a thicker consistency than most other concealer helps to cover your dark circles, as well as reflecting light.
It comes in a pen like package with a tip brush, where you twist the top to bring the concealer onto the tip, which makes it very quick and easy to use.
The pen is mess free, which makes it great to carry in your hand bag for any required touch ups.
I found this concealer to be great to use with or without make-up, but this may be because the shade maded my skin tone perfrectly, if it doesn't quite match your skin tone I'd say you'd have to use foundation to ...
